The role
Our client is a major Big 4 Bank looking to fill multiple Customer Service positions to help in a remediation project within the Commercial Lending Operations team on a 3.5month contract. These roles came about from an APRA related requirement that needs to be remediated.
Role: Customer Service Specialist x35
Sydney Location: Eveleigh
Term: 3.5-month contract - potential to extend to 5months
Pay rate: $32.69 p/h + super
Business Unit: Customer Lending Operations team
Start Date: 21st November & 28th November 2022
Important Notes:
- The role would require you to come to the office full-time 5 days a week
- Candidates will undergo an assessment centre and inability to attend the assessment centre would lead to an unsuccessful application
Interview process: Assessment Centre on Wednesday, February 01 at either 9am or 1pm.
This will be a relatively quick recruitment process as the client will be conducting an assessment centre as mentioned above. If you are immediately available, then you're what we're looking for.

- Background in lending, commercial or banking experience is ideal
